Company Background
RDF Construction LLC is locally-owned and operated by Ryan Francoeur. Ryan is a New Hampshire native who was born in North Conway and grew up in Londonderry, attending Londonderry High School. Ryan is an avid sportsman and learned at an early age that a profession where he could use his hands is what would bring him the most satisfaction.
Ryan started working in the trades right out of high school, gaining experience in home construction and remodeling. He also purchased and remodeled two homes of his own along the way. Ryan found he enjoyed all aspects of construction, from start to finish. The opportunity of a never-ending set of skills to continue to improve upon was very appealing and fitting to his work ethic.
Strong Sense of Values
When Ryan founded RDF Construction, it was with a strong sense of values that he applies to each project. Setting himself to the highest standards, Ryan always strives for perfection. He is committed to treating people with integrity and respect. In an industry where many contractors say one thing, but do another, Ryan’s goal is to always be true to his word.
Using a consultative approach, we build positive relationships with each customer. We are focused on not only an excellent finished project, but great communication, organization, and an enjoyable experience from the original estimate through to project completion. Attention to your goals and budget are paramount.
Attention to The Details
Attention to detail during each phase of the process is another aspect of our company that sets us apart. We understand that each step in the construction or remodeling process influences the steps to follow. Working with an understanding of the process and the end goal goes a long way towards a successful project.
At RDF Construction, we incorporate both aesthetics and performance to create a project that will last. For some, the only deciding factor of a successful project is how it looks on the outside and the post-project photos. Although visual appearance is incredibly important, the unseen elements deserve as much attention. Flashing details, insulation and building science principles, and utilities are some elements that will hardly be seen but will ensure longevity. At a time where energy efficiency and sustainability are a high priority, we do our part by not only choosing appropriate materials but ensuring that the projects we complete are done so in a way that will not require attention for many years.
